Music (Almost finished)
There are still synchronicity problems between sound and animatic but these will be fixed on the real animation. Sorry about the quality, whenever i try to render it with nice quality on my laptop, it switches itself off, so the dimension is 320x240 instead of 1280x720, video bit rate is 512kb/s and 25fps. Any feedback would be appreciated :)

Music Test2
I made 12 seconds more. The last sound (from 00:40 to 00:45) is too long, i will cut it.

We may use the skeleton model that i made for my major project in haiku project's fighting scene.

Music Test
It's an example for the music of the animation (Just first 30 seconds) I will change the song according to the feedback from the group. I tried to make it similar to japanese music.

Music
I have been researching on Japanese Music and listening songs for last 1 week and wrote a song example for haiku project, i used the instruments below for the song. I can make the music fit with the animatic.
Taisho Koto
00'00" - 00'05" music for the opening scene, will be very simple and pure
00'10" - 00'19" when the camera zooms in to the book, other instruments join to the music
00'21" - 00'31" fighting scene may start with a gong (the instrument is named Kane, but i could not find it yet) Taiku drums may accompany.
00'37" - 00'41" the last frame (When the gardener talks to the flowers) music might be joyful. Piccolo may work on that scene.

The First Scene
I had modelled a tree with Maya's paint effects before but i did not like it, so i made a new one;
These are the pictures of the first scene, based on Nemo's drawing;
Things to do;
* The lamp will be more detailed
* Background and sky will be darker
* I can change the tree depends on the feedback from the group (Like adding leaf)
* A good texture for wheat field is needed
* Ground-grass may be varied
* I will develop the texture of the tree by UV mapping
* The character in the scene is from one of the tutorial that i made before. Jiuk is making the main character.
I could not even render the scene, thanks to the overheating problem of my laptop. (These took approx. 3 hours)

About the haiku project
As my rendering and texturing skills on Maya is not as good as my modelling skills and while the important thing for the first scene of the haiku project is rendering and texturing, i will be watching The Gnomon Workshop's tutorial videos for Texturing (5 DVD, 11 Hours) and Rendering (4 DVD, 8 Hours) in the next few days, instead of making more models.
